Your responsibilities :

– Develop and create new menus, ensuring a high quality dining experience.

– Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.

– Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with local regulations.

– Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and freshness of ingredients.

– Monitor and control food costs and manage the kitchen budget.

Requirements :

– Proven experience as a chef in luxury or high-end restaurants.

– In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.

– Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills.

– Excellent organisational and management skills.

– Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Contract :

– Permanent contract.

– 5 weeks’ holiday per year.

– 2 days of weekly leave.

– Thirteenth month’s pay.

– Annual bonus.

– Mobility bonus.

– Administrative support for relocation.

Requirements :

– Proven experience in managing haute cuisine restaurants.

– Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

– Excellent organisational and planning skills.

– Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

– Customer orientation with a passion for high-level service.

– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with flexible hours.

– Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
